I've spent years teaching children music, and I've noticed something: the students who arrive to lessons most prepared aren't necessarily the most talented. They're the ones whose parents knew how to support them at home.

How early is too early to start this program?

There's no such thing as too early. Whether your child just started their first lesson or has been playing for a few months, this program is designed to meet you where you are and build from there. The earlier you establish strong habits, the easier everything becomes.

What if my child hasn't started lessons yet?

This program can begin even before the first lesson. In fact, that's an ideal time — we can set up your home environment, establish readiness routines, and ensure you know what to expect the moment lessons begin.

We're not experiencing any problems yet. Is this necessary?

That's exactly who this program is for. It's far easier to build great habits from the start than to break bad ones later. Parents who go through this program often tell us they avoided years of problems their friends and family struggled with — problems that felt inevitable, but weren't.

What does the free strategy call involve?

It's a 30-minute conversation about where you are, what you hope for your child's musical journey, and whether this program is the right fit. I also want to make sure you're the right fit for me — I work with a small number of families at a time, and I take that seriously. No pitch, no pressure — just an honest conversation. If it's not the right match, I'll tell you, and I may have other resources that are a better fit.
